Without wanting to sound cliché, I.V Caterers is a passion project- a long time coming! It allows me to stick to my core philosophy of making good flavours accessible to all; but now across different cuisines and occasions without restriction. I have learned my craft working in various restaurants from the bottom up; including Michelin star kitchens like for Jason Atherton at Gordon Ramsey’s former London restaurant maize. I always want to bring nouvelle cuisine at affordable prices; and therefore, opened my own restaurant; Assaggi. The passion to make great flavour even more accessible was first tested when I was asked to come work for a gaming company. I wanted to deliver that great flavour into every day meals for the team. I also offered my services as a private chef to various customers including local personalities, continuing to create fine dining experiences. This led me to move out of the gaming company and begin catering for various other companies, which brings me to where I am today with I.V caterers. I now offer the full outside catering experience for my corporate clients that can be tailor-made to any occasion, cuisine or budget – always cooking from the heart. My love of people and travel has helped me develop into where I am today, professionally as well as personally. I am now pleased to offer this all through I.V caterers and keep growing with whatever the catering need may be!
